Bread crumbs are indisputably liked by all family members equally. Then be it morning breakfast or evening, break crumbs go really well anytime.

Here is a quick recipe of tasty tangy bread crumbs. Read below to learn it in one go 🙂

Toast 4 loaves of bread. Break them into bite size pieces and sprinkle generous amounts of water on them.

Slice 1 big onion. Grate a carrot. Take 4 tablespoon (tbsp) tomato puree, 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, 7-8 curry leaves, 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp dry basil and oregano mix and salt to taste.

Take a shallow pan and heat 2 tbsp vegetable/refined oil in it. Pour mustard seeds and allow them to crackle. Put curry leaves and let them change colour. Now, roast sliced onion in it and then pour tomato puree and grated carrot to it along with all the spices and salt. Allow the mixture to cook for under a minute.

Finally add all the bread crumbs to the mixture and combine them well. If the crumbs look too dry, then sprinkle little bit more water in the pan itself and mix well again. Let it cook for a minute on a medium flame and you’re good to go!
